Pumpkin Streusel Coffeecake

 



What better way to warm up a cool fall morning than baking a coffeecake for one hour in the oven?  I found this recipe on line and it is delicious and easy.  


1 16-oz can of pumpkin

1 12-oz can evaporated milk

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

4 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice

Mix the above and place in an oblong greased baking dish.

 

Add a box of yellow cake mix and sprinkle on top of mixture.

 

Melt ¾ cup of butter and pour over cake mix.

 

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
