Hamburger Corn Casserole

1 ½ lbs. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 (12 oz) can corn, drained
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup chopped pimento
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
3 cups medium noodles, cooked
1 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons melted margarine

Brown the meat. Add onion. Cook until onions are tender. Add corn, chicken soup, mushroom soup, sour cream, pimento, salt & pepper. Mix well. Add noodles and stir well. Pour into a 2-qt. casserole. Mix crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated. Serves 8-10. Keeps well in freezer. Good also with mixed vegetables in place of corn.

My hubby and I were so surprised how delicious this tasted. I also added some leftover turkey pieces since I did not have enough beef!

Hi, yum yum. My daughter likes to cook so I think we will try this one soon. I also want to thank you for joining me in prayer about Fort Hood. A co-worker of mine lost a dear friend at Fort Hood. Also, my sister's brother-in-law is based out of Fort Hood but was not in the area. ~ Yoli :)

This sounds great. I love the ingredients. I will try it and tell you if my family likes it. My husband likes anything with ground beef. Doylene
