Stuffed Peppers, Lazy Style


1 lb. ground turkey

4 large chopped peppers

1 large onion

2 cups tomato sauce

1 cup rice

8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese

Salt & pepper


Fry peppers and onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fry ground turkey in a separate pan and drain. Mix turkey with rice.

Layer:

1 Cup Sauce

4 oz. cheese

Turkey mixture

Onions & peppers

1 cup sauce

4 oz. cheese.


Bake at 350 for 30 min.
