Apple Pancakes from Scratch

Ingredients:

1 egg
1 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
2 Tablespoons oil
1 Tablespoon sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together and add to the wet. Mix until smooth. Add apples and nuts. Make sure griddle is hot, but not too hot so the middle of pancakes get cooked through. I serve with butter and syrup.

This is my first time to your blog.

The pancakes were good. Yours was the only recipe I found in a quick amount of time that was truly "from scratch." Thank you for posting it.

Can you add the number of servings to the recipe? That would have been helpful so I could know ahead of time how many of us it would feed. It made 12 pancakes for me.
