Pumpkin Squares



Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups white sugar
1 can pumpkin, 15 oz.
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
2 cups flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. cloves
½ tsp. ginger
½ tsp. nutmeg

Frosting:
3 oz- cream cheese
½ cup margarine
1 tablespoon milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powder sugar

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 9 x 13 baking pan.
In medium bowl, mix eggs, oil, sugar, pumpkin until smooth.
Sift flour, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Stir into pumpkin mixture.
Pour in pan and bake 25-30 minutes.
Cool before frosting.

These look pretty served in cupcake liners. Very moist.
